Goals for 2012

As well as running 12 races, or more specifically a race a month, I do have a number of running based goals for 2012.

Run 1,000 miles (never going to happen!)
Run a full marathon (done!)
Run a mile in under 7 minutes (unlikely!))
Run 5k in under 25 minutes – done 14/02/2012 – 24:43 – Garmin Data
Run 10k in under 50 minutes (never going to happen!)
Run a half marathon in under 2 hours (never going to be attempted now!)

Weight – get under 200lbs (14st 4lbs = 90.71kg) Weight at year end was 204lbs (14st 8lbs)
